The F.A.S.T. therapists are proud to have previously supported Rob Evans, a player from Shelford Rugby Club. Rob successfully completed the Paris Marathon then ran back to England for the London Marathon. This totalled over 216 miles in 8 days, during which he raised money for Barnardos. The therapists helped Rob with the preparation, training schedules, injury prevention strategies and during every step of the challenge itself.

“Leading up to and during my Paris to London Challenge, Richard and Chelsea were invaluable. With their high level of knowledge and professionalism, they were able to keep me injury free throughout the gruelling challenge. On my low days, Richard and Chelsea managed to lift my confidence and spirits to take me through to the very end. In addition to all these great attributes, they are both genuinely really nice people who are easy to get along with, and I would recommend them to any other athlete.“ Rob Evans
