The therapists from F.A.S.T. have had the opportunity to work alongside staff at Chelsea FC, England Ladies FC, Millwall FC and Perth Glory FC. During numerous football tours, Rich has travelled to venues including: St Georges Park, La Manga and the Pinitar Arena in Spain, Belgium, Holland, France and Czech Republic.

F.A.S.T. is especially proud to have close links within Cambridge, working with the Cambridge United Football Club, as well as the Cambridge University Association Football Teams. We also work closely within women’s football providing the injury treatment for the Cambridge United Women’s team and Cambridge City Women’s team.

If visiting us at the Cambridge United Football Stadium Clinic, late stage rehabilitation can be performed in the players’ gym and on the pitch behind the goal.

“A big thank you goes out to both Rich and Megan for making my life so much easier over the last 4 years! It is inevitable that over the course of a football season players will pick up injuries and little niggles. However, their hard work, dedication and commitment has, more often than not, given me the luxury of selecting from a full squad of players. I know of many a late night that these guys were patching players up until the early hours getting them ready for the next game! I have no doubt that the back to back promotions and varsity match wins achieved in the last two seasons would not have been attained if it were not for both Rich and Megan’s dedication to the cause. ”

Che Wilson, Former CUAFC Manager and Professional Footballer

“After fracturing two vertebrae 3 years ago, I was worried that I may never be able to perform to the same level again. However, Rich’s expertise, patience and sheer hard work meant I was back to my best extremely quickly. Now I have moved on to Dayton University in Ohio on a soccer scholarship, and I have Rich to thank for getting me fit enough to impress the coaches!”

Danny, University Footballer

“In 2012, Richard helped me make a full and swift recovery from torn ankle ligaments, and has managed the recovery of a significant number of teammates with difficult injuries every season since starting with us. Rich and his colleagues will ensure that you are able to get back to playing as soon as you can whilst keeping a clear focus on your full longer-term recovery in mind. They are incredibly dedicated, show genuine care and attention to your own recovery, and most importantly are fun to work with. On behalf of CUAFC, we can’t recommend them highly enough.”

Ross, CUAFC Captain 2012/2013
