Sydnie Jai – Graduate Therapist

BSc (Hons) MSST

Sydnie graduated from Edge Hill University with a first class honours degree in Sports Therapy. During her studies, her dissertation project was so well received that it is now in the process of publication.


She has a history of working in a variety of settings. These include a clinic environment, with elite Rugby Super League and touring internationally with an amateur rugby club. Sydnie has also provided soft tissue treatment at multiple sporting events including The Great North Run, London to Edinburgh Cycle, and The Wigan Half Marathon. In addition to starting her career at F.A.S.T., she currently works as the Lead Sports Therapist for Cambridge RUFC 2XV.


Sydnie was a regional netball player for a number of years prior to university, and was additionally scouted to trial for the British Olympic Weightlifting Development Pathway for Rio 2016. Besides netball and weight training, Sydnie also enjoys adventure activities and has even summited the world’s highest freestanding mountain, Mount Kilimanjaro.
