Our Sports Therapists and Physiotherapists are specialists in this area and will work with you to guide you through the rehabilitation, perfecting your technique and setting realistic aims along the way. Both clinic locations in Cambridge have access to indoor and outdoor rehabilitation space to suit your requirements. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive home-based guide complete with instructional videos from our extensive rehabilitation library.

Your body will make the necessary adaptations to the exercises and so you’ll gradually become able to do more and more. It’s therefore imperative that we continually evaluate your progress and adjust the exercises accordingly to ensure you continue to achieve optimal results.

Not only do we want to return you to your previous level of fitness, we want to push the bar higher so you get back to an increased level. After all, the injury occurred in the first instance and we are dedicated to preventing a recurrence in the future.
