We know that this winter will be harder than ever to maintain motivation and be active especially with lots of sports and sporting facilities being forced to close down.
The importance of activity for both physical and mental wellbeing cannot be understated and unfortunately something that is often overlooked. We are aiming to help as many people as possible maintain and improve their activity levels.
We are also creating a virtual running community on Strava for accountability and motivation whilst training. Everyone is welcome and all abilities are welcomed and encouraged. Please join our active community and share your successes.
