Ryan’s passion lies in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, which saw him gain experience in both a local community hospital and a specialist Orthopaedic hospital. During his time within the NHS, Ryan saw a broad range of conditions, ranging from complex post-operative conditions to chronic pathologies.

Ryan currently works in elite sport as the Head of Medical at Cambridge United Football Club. During his time in elite sport, he has gained wide experience working in both Academy and First team environments.

His current day to day role involves providing assessment, diagnosis and management of all injuries within the first team and often utilises his skills in manual therapy, soft tissue massage and exercise rehabilitation.

In his spare time, Ryan is a keen runner and has completed a number of marathons. Through his sporting background, Ryan understands the frustration of injuries and is well placed to help patients maintain an active lifestyle and achieve their performance goals.
