OUR JOURNEY
All our therapists have completed a minimum of a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports Therapy or Physiotherapy.
Post graduate qualifications ensure we can offer you the best level of care.
Multi-award winning clinic for treatment and service.
Insured and accredited members of our professional governing bodies.
Support to build strong foundations for both physical and mental health.
Our goal is to collaborate with you and tailor our services to align with your unique needs, including your lifestyle, work and family commitments. In addition to hands-on treatments, we understand the critical importance of appropriate rehabilitation exercises, an area which our team has conducted substantial amounts of research. And that’s not it. Physical and mental health are closely linked so we now offer support from a Chartered Health Psychologist so all your needs can be covered.
WHO DO WE HELP?
Having supported a large number of elite and talented athletes on both a local and international stage, including athletes who have proceeded to achieve 7 World Records, win medals at a World Championship level (Paralympics and Commonwealth Games) and even get on the New Years Honours list for their sporting achievements, we understand what it takes to succeed.
We are proud to see such a high level of sporting talent within the Cambridgeshire area and for them to choose us as their treatment provider, as well as athletes who come from overseas for support prior to competitions. It is an honour and we see this as credit to the service we provide.
However, we don’t believe that elite treatment should be reserved for elite athletes and take great pride in offering our services to everyone.
Whether you have sustained an injury from participating in sport or from a stressful job, or if you simply benefit from sports massage, we are here to help.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A thorough examination and assessment will be carried out by one of our Sports Therapists or Physiotherapists. These clinical tests will determine the cause of your symptoms rather than focusing on the symptoms themselves.
Following this, we will talk through our working diagnosis so you understand the cause and effect of the problem in simple-terms. Treatment and rehabilitation will be specifically tailored to suit your schedule, so realistic and attainable goals can be met. These will always be monitored and so we can adjust accordingly as you progress.
FACILITIES
Our clinics across Cambridge have access to a gym/rehabilitation area as well as outside space for more functional movements if required. All locations have free, on-site car parking.
