We are very excited to be able to open our doors to you again! We have new protocols in place to protect you and your therapist; these are enhanced from the government guidelines. We thank you in advance for your continued understanding and cooperation.
On the morning of your appointment, you will be phoned by your therapist to confirm you haven’t developed any symptoms or should be self-isolating.
Please wear a face covering to your appointment so your nose and mouth are covered. If you arrive without, you can purchase a disposable mask from us.
Please attend your appointment alone (unless under the age of 18 when one parent/ guardian must attend also).
On arrival at your appointment, please wait by the gates to the car park (at CUFC). These will be locked but your therapist will come to meet you at your allotted appointment time. Please note there will be no use of the waiting room.
This is designed to minimise your contact, with these processes in place the only person you should come across will be your therapist.
With your consent, your therapist will take your temperature before you enter the building.
Strict hand washing and cleaning procedures will be in place. Please not there will be no access to the toilets.
Your therapist will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) consisting of a mask, apron, gloves and eye protection where necessary.
We are fortunate at the Cambridge United Football Stadium clinic that we have one of the largest treatment rooms around, you should not come into contact with any other individuals, can park outside the treatment room and we will strictly follow our enhanced version of the government guidelines.
There will be 20 minutes between appointments so you will not come into contact with another patient.
Thank you again for your time and understanding during this time.
