Our Sports Therapists and Physiotherapists are specialists in this area and will work with you to guide you through the rehabilitation, perfecting your technique and setting realistic aims along the way. All three clinic locations in Cambridge have access to both indoor and outdoor rehabilitation space depending upon your needs. You will also be equipped with a comprehensive guide to follow at home complete with videos from our ‘rehabilitation library’.
Your body will make the necessary adaptations to the exercises and so you’ll gradually become able to do more and more. It’s therefore vital that we assess your progress and modify the exercises accordingly so you continue to gain the best results.
