Mission: To get everyone safely through the Altum Experience 2022
I am delighted to be helping this years epic challenge and really hope I can make a difference to everyone’s experience. I will happily be there for the challenge itself to try and pick up the pieces and keep everyone going although I wanted to provide some advice and information prior to the event to ensure everyone is as prepared as possible on the start line.
Other factors to consider in reducing the risk of getting injured and optimising recovery
For pre activity to ensure reduced stiffness and maintaining mobility of joints when training
Some ideas to strengthen appropriate muscles so that whether it be the cycling, rowing or running it is not a massive shock to your body
For after training to maintain flexibility and reduce soreness
